Karlos and his team did an exceptional job installing hardwood floors and tile throughout the entire main floor of our house. He also installed new stairs down into the basement. Price was extremely competitive compared to other vendors. He was great at answering questions and clarifying things. Any small issues were promptly corrected. Everything looks amazing. They even went through and fixed almost all the squeaks in the floor. I would highly recommend you give him a try.

Karlos was so professional and reasonably priced for my project. He was a great communicator and was always on time for the job. He kept his word and my floors came out tremendous. HIRE Karlos!!! Can't say enough good things. He was a referral to me after I was having trouble finding somebody that wasn't booked a month out. He ended up coming within a week and was immediately working within 10 minutes of arriving at our house. He brought somebody with him to help and they didn't stop. We had a combination of Engineered Hardwood and LVP put down. The workmanship was superb and his communication during the day was awesome. He even stripped some old glued down hardwood out of a half bath and replaced it, and that wasn't on the original agreement. Had to come back a few days later to put in some transition strips that weren't in at the time of original installation and made sure they looked perfect even though it took about double the time than he had anticipated. Use Karlos... reasonably priced and goes above and beyond to make sure the finished product was perfect. Installed quarter round and transitions so when he finished it was done correctly. And he swept and cleaned up his mess before he left. Will be using him again for a staircase that we didn't do at this time. Thank you Karlos

I was very impressed with Karlos, he ensured every part of the project was completed to our exact request. His installation process is very good and he gave us his valued opinion about the options that are available and took the time to show the layout for a visual before installing it. The project involved laying tile in about 2,300 square foot area, tiling 2 bathrooms: shower/floor/backsplash, laying engineered hardwood, and finally trimming out a platform. This would have taken several weeks for me and Karlos and his team did it in about a week! Karlos did the project in July 2020 and was reliable every day without hardly taking any breaks. Karlos saw the project through from start to finish (even followed after as well). I enjoyed the fact that there's NO middle man here and he is budget-friendly... Your speaking directly to the owner and installer! Thank you, Karlos for taking care of our project.

Karlos was fantastic. This was the first update I decided to do on my house after my dad passed away and even through some mis-steps (on my end!) Karlos was positive, friendly, and made sure I was able to get the right materials to have the best end result. I can't recommend enough

I gave Karlos a glowing 5 star review back in July of 2020 after he did our kitchen floor. Although the grout color was uneven (dark some places, light others), he said that was not uncommon. We really liked him and even had him do some work on two properties that we were flipping AND got him connected with our GC for even more work. I wish I could take back my five star review now. We have holes that have formed in our grout in the kitchen, and he has completely ghosted us. He will not reply to voice mails, emails, texts. We are now going to have to pay someone else to fix his mistakes. Again, we REALLY hooked him up (our GC said he is now ignoring his calls as well). In this day and age of ghosting people, I would expect a grown man who owns his own business to at least have the professional courtesy and courage to call and just tell us "sorry, I'm not going to come out and fix it". But he chose not to do so. I would think twice about using him. As MUCH as we had liked him, he has shown who he is if something goes wrong. Very sad.

Karlos did a fantastic job removing my old hardwood floors, fixing the sub-flooring (plywood) as needed, and installing new hardwood floors. I would highly recommend him for his quality of work and price!
