This company only had one review but I hired them without looking any further after my first conversation with Manny. He was the first person to return my call and after we spoke, I knew I was giving him the job. He promptly returned my calls while arranging the date and time for installation of an 8x8x4 concrete base for a hot tub. He was able to get the job done only a few days later. Manny and Danny completed the job in only a few hours and were neat and very careful with their work. I would hire them again and will recommend them them to every relative, friend, and neighbor who needs to have cement work done. My research taught me that concrete is expensive no matter who does it for you. Before I spoke with Manny, we were thinking of doing it ourselves but once I found out all that was involved, there was too great a chance that we would mess it up and a hot tub has to be level! Manny even offered to just do the finishing of the job if we wanted to mix and pour our own concrete. There is no way we could have done what they did in the time that they did it. I have never received outstanding customer service like this before, and I will be using United NY Contracting, Inc for any future concrete projects I plan on doing.

United NY was very professional and they delivered what they promised and what I wanted. They came the day before and set everything up so that everything would be smooth the next day. They built a 8 x 8 concrete sher foundation and help me anchor the shed. Yes I would definitely recommend and will use United NY for future projects.
