Nice staff/crew. The 3 window installations were great. The french door install was good, but as we knew beforehand, it is up to us to complete the project. For part of the "wood" we were given small rubber plugs to fill in small holes to cover screws. They look good, like they are part of the wood. For larger holes to cover screws, we were given plastic plugs that, when inserted, are not flush with the rest of the surface. So if we use these plugs, there will be bumps every so often. Does not look like classy wood as a result. Gonna have to hire somebody to sand these several screw holes level, then plug w/ wood glue, then paint. More trouble than we anticipated. The end product will look terrific. We just didn't expect the extra work. So our project is still unfinished at this point. FYI: City inspector was very impressed when it comes to meeting code, going the extra mile, etc.

I would highly recommend Karoly to anyone looking to install or replace their windows. I had 22 Simonton Stormbreaker Plus Windows, 4 PGT Winguard Windows and 4 PGT Winguard Sliding Glass Doors installed at my home. He stayed involved during the entire installation. He came out to talk to me about windows and options, measured the windows and doors and sent me a detailed estimate with drawings and dimensions for each window. I asked that the order be divided windows separate from doors in case I didn't do both at once (which I did end deciding to do together). The prices was competitive with other vendors, but not the lowest. I decided to go with Karoly because of knowing exactly what I was getting, the price and his willingness to meet the other estimate. The windows arrived when he estimated. The installation was completed in the time agreed upon. The workers who came to my house were professional, courteous and did their best to keep the mess at a minimum. They cleaned up after themselves and I was extremely satisfied with the installation. When the building inspector came through, he was impressed both by the windows and the quality of installation.

I went with Karoly Windows because of the great reviews he has received. I was not disappointed. I needed 6 replacement windows ($6500). Ended up with the Simonton 5500 reflections. Everyone was extremely professional and nice (from Danalyn in the front office- even as i changed my mind a few times with the window order); to Karoly (who came out to do the initial measurements and was very prompt), and especially to the installation team (they did a fantastic job). My new windows are simply beautiful. I will not hesitate to contact Karoly Windows in the future for other projects. Total professionals from start to finish.

Karoly and his two helpers removed and discarded our 16 year old wood front entry door and side light. They installed a new impact fiberglass door and a side light with built-in mini-blinds. Also, our rear 8' x 8' sliding glass doors were removed and discarded. Then, they installed two French impact fiberglass doors with built-in mini-blinds and a side light with built-in mini-blinds. The entire crew was very friendly it was very nice talking to them. They did a very good job at preventing concrete dust from going into our house when they were cutting the concrete. They covered the entire 8' x 8' sliding glass door section with plastic and it worked. I am sure that most people can find faults with any business so I will mention two "minor" issues. The first minor issue involved fiberglass droppings. During the entire installation process, they had to cut some fiberglass and they setup their saw on our front lawn. When they left, I noticed that they left an 1' square section of fiberglass droppings on our grass so I cleaned it up. A shop vac would have quickly resolved this issue. Our second minor issue involved openings around the French Doors. I noticed two areas that should have been plugged up to prevent any insects from coming into our living area. One area at the top of the doors was about the size of a square penny. Later, I called Karoly and he sent one of his workers to fix the problem. Overall, my wife and I love our new entry door and French doors. I would definitely recommend Karoly and his crew.

We could not brag enough about Karoly Windows and Doors. These guys are perfectionists and went above and beyond to make sure that our huge project went smoothly. We had 29 windows replaced, plus a set of french doors, a sliding glass door, and three other exterior doors. The construction of our house is a bit odd and a lot of our frames are strange shapes and sizes. But they worked tirelessly (through rain and sun!) to make sure everything looks perfect. They also traveled everyday to our home in Brevard county from Tampa. These guys are hard workers and got it all done in 3 days. I couldn’t recommend them higher!
