Cleaning crew arrived 3 hours late. Only at house 20 minutes. Nothing was cleaned. Floors were moped with filthy water. They had nothing to clean with only water. Contacted Karrie explained all concerns with her. We agreed she would come back in a few days to re do the job. Never heard from her again after calling & texting. Would not recommend.

Sammy and Nicole turned up a few minutes late but got right to work cleaning fans, dusting, and vacuuming, mopping the tile floors and cleaning the bathrooms. They were polite and friendly, and they knew what they were doing. I'd be happy to have them come back.

I was not very happy with deep cleaning spots were left on floors and crumbs on the counter tops in the kitchen. I paid $175 and my house was not really dirty when they came. If I paid $100 that would be acceptable but not $175

The owner, Karrie will answer your calls and texts promptly. She will listen to your concerns and try to solve them. One or two of her employees were not happy to listen to our concerns and consider it as a burden. I think Karrie will take care of that. They do show up on time. I can do an update in a couple of months.

Karrie was the only person who called me personally & seemed sympathetic to my needs with my husband just getting out of the hospital. She was able to get a crew out here within a few days of my call. They were polite, kind, & professional. They did a wonderful job in a reasonable amount of time. I hope to get them regularly.

First time. 3 girls showed up on time. Worked a little over an hour, the house is 1100 sq ft. They looked over the house and went to work. Did all cleaning and worked the entire time. Will use again and at least once a month.
