The 2 women who worked for us were very accommodating. We were in the process of moving and needed help getting the house move in ready. They did everything I asked and beyond. I was just retiring and was exhausted. The housekeepers picked up the extra packing that I was not able to do to be ready for them to clean. Them putting the leftover stuff in the kitchen in boxes made it easier to reorganize the boxes after they were put in the garage. Because I have never sold a house before, I was not aware of the process of getting a home ready to sell. This lack of knowledge caused some jumble up of getting things done. They willing rearranged their schedule to fit my needs. I would definitely recommend this service as they do it all, including the windows.

I found Kary s on home advisor after not being contacted by several other cleaning services in the area. They called me within hours of me making an online request, and they were personable and professional throughout my experience. They got me scheduled for my service within just a few days, and they did an amazing job on the house and cleaned it top to bottom. I would recommend their service to anyone!

Despite written instructions and showing what is needed, the work done was of low quality. Missing floors and leaving bathrooms floors greasy. Not sure what product was used. That or how it was done was the reason.

I met with the Supervisor to detail my needs and get an estimate. My written list was discussed and & Air Dropped to his phone. I agreed his estimate gave instructions to obtain a key and disarm the alarm. I left a check plus a small tip as I would not be present when they arrived. They were to wash and polish the kitchen and family room wood floors. They did not even wet mop. The week prior I had the carpets professionally cleaned. My instructions were to NOT vacuum. They vacuumed the entire house. Chandelier on the stair landing sparkled. The chandelier at the entrance was half done. They took the shower curtain rod from the bathtub. Why on earth? I had two Oreck vacuum cleaners in the garage. They took the hand held. When I called the supervisor he checked the vehicles and it was returned minus two attachments two days later.

I booked an appointment with home advisor and they called me the night before the appointed service and said they needed to reschedule. I just dodnt understand why they had ti change it from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.. They also showed up an hour and a half late to the rescheduled appointment. They did not call or email me to advise they were going to be late.

These ladies are awesome cleaners. Every thing in my house is shiny and bright. They were very through and had a bright deposition. I will use them again and again. Very Satisfied.

I hired this company and Alturo came out to do a walk through and quoted an estimate of $240, for the initial deep cleaning. He explained that the team will move things and replace as they cleaned. He also explained that a Supervisor would also attend. The team arrived at 12:30 pm and was walking out at 2:20 pm. I am recovery from a back injury and was unable to keep up with housekeeping. I was asked if there was anything special I needed them to do. My responds was to attend to the dust. The dust is the biggest problem. The cost was $260, which I agreed to eventhou I was quoted less. I sat outside doing the duration of their cleaning and and I could hear clanking and banging of my items. It was discovered that one of my personal item was broken, and no one had mention that it occurred. Accidents do happen, but to not informed me, I took that as disrespect. That evening and the following day when the sunâ s position changed, I started noticing how poorly the cleaning job was. I had notified the company, and they wanted to sent a crew out to fix the problem. I felt uncomfortable with this company returning to my home for a do over. I am concerned because they did not respect my home the first time, even with a supervisor in attendance. They have stop communicating with me, no responds to emails nor have they return my call. No resolution met. I have photos to support my claim.

Considering that they are unfamiliar with our house, they did a very good job. The regular crew was accompanied by a supervisor which they won't be in the future. Consequently I'd like to defer final evaluation until they've been here a few times.

It comes as a regret that I have to give Karys House Keeping a negative review. Stay clear of them! They claim to stand behind their work and give a guarantee that only applies until they are paid. I hired their company out of three companies and paid them $550 to do a deep cleaning top to bottom windows and complete home everything top to bottom every nook and cranny, and I was assured that work would be done properly and correctly. Upon initial inspection after work I found personal items had been thrown away namely a hand knitted blanket that was in a cabinet. They did take it and have it cleaned and returned. And a list of about 10 other items that should?ve been taken care of on the first cleaning. They did return to take care of the list and I thought the work was complete and paid them in full but upon moving in the oven that was incorrectly cleaned to begin with. When I removed it I found mold and grime behind the stove I found mold growing in my ice maker in my refrigerator I found dirt and grime behind my washer and dryer. When I contacted the company and asked for an adjustment on my bill of $100 I was denied the reason being they said they had come back and corrected everything. I sent photographs and documented everything and to this day they are ignoring me And denied my refund.When you run a company and claim a guarantee you should honor your word I honored mine and paid my bill yes I did not find it on the initial inspection, but they should have made an adjustment I had to clean 1/3 of my home myself. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau documentation And photographs.on all items is available thank you. Daniel Antioch California

I hired Kary's housekeeping in November to do a deep cleaning before the holidays. They did such a great job that I signed up for bi-weekly service. They are always professional & friendly and do an AWSOME job. I trust them to the fullest, they come in and clean when I'm not home. I would definitely recommend them!

Two women took less than two hours to clean my apartment, including the windows and refrigerator interior.

Did really good cleaning. However, missed some cob webs on ceiling and were late arriving.

Did a great job. On time and got right to work. Forgot to vacuum an area and as soon as I pointed it out they quickly took care of it with no complaints.
