Both bathrooms feel completely transformed: modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, while still being practical and comfortable for everyday use. The project was well-managed by Kirk. His communication was clear throughout, and everything was completed on schedule. It’s rare to find a team like Freddie and Charlie that combine both technical skill, professionalism, and genuine pride in their work, but this experience exceeded our expectations on all fronts. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

This was my first experience hiring someone to make a renovation change to a place that I live in. The tub-to-shower conversion was pretty necessary. I was told that people generally got "three estimates" and then decided on who to hire. But I have never done this sort of thing before, so I got a lot more than three price quotes. It was an education. You could buy a small car for what I got for the first estimate on a tub to shower conversion! --I got a second estimate from someone who -- in the space of 30 or 40 minutes knocked $7000 off his price--and by then I was confused. Some contractors refused to do a conversion because my condo is not on the second floor...who am I to believe? and what's up with these amazing price drops? Kasey was somewhere down the list of contractor names and he answered my questions about these other experiences. He also said he could do a tub to shower conversion on my floor. ..and he and I figured out on the kind of wall covering that I wanted for the new place. After all the other quotes I got, his price was pretty reasonable. My neighbor--hearing about all these price estimates--said "you should go with THAT guy. He's being honest." Well...it seems so. The work was done within two days. They were clean, quiet (mostly) , and they cleaned up after themselves. They let me choose where I wanted to put the shelving on the shower wall, and when it was noted that they had forgotten something (the bench!) Kasey went to the store and got one. Two men plus, for a while, a young woman worked on the project and Kasey popped in from time to time. I have made use of the shower and everything works. Nice to have a finished shower after all this! A couple neighbors have stopped by -- out of curiosity --to see it. All is well ...and it is a nice shower to use.

Kirk and his team did a great job with the bathroom project! They were always on time and attentive to the needs of the project. They made sure that all the asks were addressed in a timely manner. We are glad we hired him for our bathroom makeover.

This was my second remodel with Kasey's. We could not have been happier with our bathroom remodel project, and i can say the same for our kitchen. We threw a ton of changes at them, and they took everyone in stride. No hesitation or frustration at all, our changes were all met with a smile and agreement. We had some treasured cornice boards that my father had made, and they handled them with great care, which was extremely important to us as he is no longer with us. I guarantee that Kasey's will be the first one I call when we're ready for the next room!

We got our bathrooms converted to full bath with standing shower, kirk and Kasey's company did an excellent job at an affordable price and much lower than other big companies that we took quote from. The quality and color of our bathroom walls looks so good, modern, easily washable and definitely added value to the home.Now that the remodel is done, my bathroom feels like a completely new space. It’s bright, clean, and modern. I love the new walk-in shower with glass doors, the updated lighting, and the fresh look of the walls and floor. I highly recommend this team for anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel. I feel that I got great value for the price I paid. If I ever remodel another room in my house, I will definitely call them again. Overall, I give this bathroom remodeling experience a full 5 stars. Everything from start to finish went better than I expected I am sharing this info as this would help someone else who is also looking for remodeling bathrooms to make a decision.

Kirk redid our bathroom (shower, toilet, floor and exhaust fan). He listened to what you wanted, only gave his input when asked and was honest, which I appreciate. He would make a suggestion on things we didn’t even consider and he was not pushy about it and let you decide. Once they started the work, we were able to make the shower bigger which I was happy about but this made for a little extra time since he needed to order a new shower door and grab bar. He offered to put shower rod so we could use but we had another shower. This is someone who cares. Also, Walter and his crew were amazing. On time, professional and cleaned everything up. We will be using Kirk again when we redo our full bathroom. Thanks Kirk, Walter and crew. We are enjoying our shower. It was a pleasure working with you.

Quality work, good customer service. My only (minor) issue was not all the materials picked out were available when expected. Still, it was worth the wait and the remodeled bathroom looks fantastic.
