I will never hire anyone else. Thank God I have found honest experienced and caring help. I have had a few rip-off so called handymen that way overcharged . I love Kassco and will refer to all I know. Very very pleased superior workmanship.

Overpriced Bad job. They don t answer at my call

Provides no written estimate or receipt for payment. Estimated one day job took over a month to complete. Slow communication, taking up to two weeks to return calls/texts. Sent employee to correct errors in installation rather than seeing to them himself. Final result was a door with leaking around the weather stripping and a poor fit that sticks upon opening and closing. I would not recommend them.

Knowledgeable service with a great attitude. I would 110% recommend this company and also plant to use them myself in the future.

We had a very fast response and they were here the next day.

Came out next day to begin project. Professional, prompt service. Came back to install additional weather stripping. Work was very good and customer service outstanding!

Kassco responded very promptly to my request, and showed up first thing the next day to do the repair. Their work was very good, and customer service was outstanding. One negative, though. They could not give me a receipt for the work and promised to email it to me the next day (1/11/19). I have not gotten a receipt as of 1/22/19.
