James and his crew did excellent work. And he kept me informed along the way, answering all of my questions.

I would rate of five across all categories except that we had work scheduled and they didn t show up. About five days later I had to call and find out why. Had they simply given me the heads up that they were delayed it was all would ve been well. The second time work was scheduled they showed up promptly called ahead, etc.

I called and Jim came out, took a look at the job and quoted a price. He stayed in touch and let me know 24 hrs in advance when he would come to make the repair.

They were very professional and arrived on time. They knew exactly what we needed done and were able to accomplish it. The weather was very chilly but they managed to get it done and cleaned everything up. Would use them again for a concrete project.

They were very knowledgeable in their trade, and kept me apraisted of what they were finding and how they were addressing the conditions as they were progressing. Leveling concrete cannot be precisely predicted in that one cannot see the conditions underneath the concrete precisely. They had to make another trip back, but held their price (no extras).
