Had some areas on the exterior house that needed repaired. Daryl and Katrina came to give an estimate and explained the entire process of the work that would be performed. The price was reasonable and after a few more quotes we went with them. The work they did was perfect and completed when they said it would be. They are a honest and reliable company and would highly recommend them. Most definitely will be a repeat customer.

Need to remove rotten wood instead of covering with the new one. especially if the old wood has traces of termites. A little bit more attention to detail after cleaning. Some debris from cement was thrown on the yard grass. However, the work done looks great. Price also reasonable.

I'll definitely be a repeat customer of Smallwood Masonry. They did an amazing job on the stucco repair my home needed prior to being repainted. One small corner of my home was damaged, requiring removal and replacement of the mesh and stucco. They also repaired tons of cracks of various sizes and other small damaged areas that I simply overlooked. Wherever they made repairs, they matched up the texture almost exactly to the original texture pattern. From the estimation process to the completion of the project, Daryl and Katrina were a blessing to work with. They didn't oversell me on anything, were up front and honest about what needed to be repaired now versus what could wait for later. They also pointed out what I could repair on my own or by alternate means. Since they were coming an hour away and this was a small job in comparison to most of their jobs, I was expecting an inflated bid. Praise God, their pricing was pretty competitive, beating bids of local competitors. They did exactly what they said they would do and much more. They were always on time and met every commitment. Daryl is detail oriented and very meticulous about the quality of his work. His team is courteous, works well together, very polite, and left the job site clean. In summary, I'd use Smallwood Masonry again in a heartbeat.

This job required removing a 47 foot by 6 foot by 6 inch reinforced concrete slab. Again as Daryl did on replacing a concrete wall on a previous job, he went above and beyond the work required to remove the slab. In removing the slab a part of my inground irrigation was damaged. Daryl took it upon himself to repair what the sub contractor did, Daryla and Katrina were very professional, helpful and were the first to give me an estimate of what they would charge to do the work. They have done two jobs for me and I would give them an A+ on both jobs.

I will use Smallwood again ,great work at a fair price.Had them pour a slab,Block walls and stucco .Great to have one company do all ..
