Kate was very professional. I left a list of important items to address and she completed all to my satisfaction.

Hired Kate when she was pregnant and made allowances for lapses in cleaning until she returned from pregnancy leave. But she could not fulfill her promises to thoroughly clean the entire home. Dusting is not her strength and there were other things that an experienced housekeeper should have done that she did not do. When i gave her criticism, she quit.

I hired Kate's Cleaning for a move in clean on a new home. I had to work and could not be there when she came out but based on the reviews on this site I felt that would not be an issue. I was wrong. There is not one room or surface that my wife and I have not had to clean ourselves. Kitchen cabinets with old crumbs and debris on the inside and food still stuck to the outsides. The kitchen sink looked like it hadn't been touched. Bathroom sinks still had toothpaste film on the drains. Light fixtures covered in dust and spider webs. Instead of being able to move into a clean house right away we have spent hours cleaning. I do not normally leave reviews but all the 5 stars reviews led me to hiring this company and I felt I owed it to others coming to this site to share my experience.

She did a “deep clean” of our 3300 sq ft house and exceeded our expectations! She thoroughly cleaned each room and I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied. In fact, I have hired her for recurring cleans every 2 weeks. I highly recommend her & her team!

I feel very comfortable with Kate in my home. Although she's only cleaned once so far, she is working out well. Very professional!

I hired Kate for a one-time cleaning because my previous girl had to leave (allergies to dog) and my adult kids were coming home for Father's Day. She did an excellent job - very thorough. I noticed a couple of Opps after she left but it was my fault for not putting things up and letting her know what I wanted completed. I would certainly refer her to a friend.

I am a germophobe and hired Kate to do a move in clean. She dedicates 2 full days for this detailed yet reasonably priced service and worked around our boxes and furniture. She is not only hard working but thoughtful - cleaned every inch including our bathroom walls, inside of drawers (So nice to clean them before you unpack!), windows, etc. She asks you if you have a preference in certain cleaning products (she can bring her own variety of supplies or use yours), takes out the trash at the end, and is just a delight to be around. She even asked for a critique - if she missed something or if I wanted something done differently, she wanted to know (I had no critiques though!). She went above and beyond to help us, and we will be hiring her again! I felt so unsettled being in our new house, but now even though we still have boxes everywhere, I feel home because I know it's clean! Invaluable!!!

She does everything I asked her to do, she is top notch, I used her to clean up after me and makes me super happy!
