"The house that I staged for Ms Arvziu was on the market for over 2 years. I staged it in July and it sold 30 days later. I have a very busy and successful Staging business. I stage 2 houses a week, 8 per month, 96 per year. Over 80% of my business comes from referrals of Realtors and Developers that I have worked with in the past. An unhappy customer is very rare and I take it seriously as it reflects on myself and the hard working professionals that work with me. I tried very hard to work with Ms Arvziu, but she was very difficult and arrogant. Her assistant and partner was also her photographer, window washer,and amateur designer. They were filling the house with plastic items from Home Goods Before I was done. At one point she suggested that I remove everything so she could stage it herself. Her points about not using movers and taking forever are false. So is the claim that my mover( who she hired and never paid) damaged the floor while moving a washer and dryer into the home. It goes on and on..I am warning other Real Estate professionals not to work with this unprofessional and extremely unpleasant woman."
