Increased the agreed upon cost by $100, while not only not completing the job, but only staying for 1 and a half hours. I would recommend this company if you are only looking for someone who is doing very light clean-up services but not for full detailed cleaning project.

I called and spoke with Kathy and she told me 150 for cleaning but after they cleaned I asked her how much, she charged me 450, for cleaning a house after moving out.. I think she stuck it to me.. I was prepared to pay her 300 but 450 was way more then I wanted to pay... set a price but she cleans, or like she told me on another costumer she had, Quote: I stuck it to her..... seem to be her thing, but she did me....

Kathy was very nice, but what we discussed over the phone was not what I received. I was not satisfied with her cleaning. After I went through the rooms to see what Kathy had done, I noticed several appliances was not touched. Kathy does a lot of surface cleaning.
