TERRIBLE, what can I say...I made a HUGE mistake hiring these guys...they are the worst stereotype you could imagine. Every nightmare scenario come to life. lazy, bad work, no experience, no communication, takes my money then quits! do not fall for it!

We signed a contract with KatieDid LLC in November 2019 and paid 1/2 up front for a small to medium kitchen remodel project. Paul seemed to be a professional, and we were excited to have them work on our project. The kitchen was torn apart in December and only a portion of the work was completed. At that point no worker showed again. From the end of January 2020 to today April 2020 we have not heard a word from anyone at KatieDid, no response to voicemails, texts, emails or certified letters. They have fallen off the face of the earth with our money, and we have lived in a house with an unusable kitchen as no counter or plumbing since December 2019. We would love to hear something from the company as we are having to hire another company to finish the work, so we can live in our house. Thank you.

"this customer is somewhat dishonest. they asked us to commit insurance fraud, we stayed out of it, and then they couldn't accept that a CRISIS called Covid 19 caused a delay in countertop procurement from China. they don't live in the home, its a vacation home , and we have had an exchanged with written correspondence , laying out everything that needed to be done and why the countertop hadn't arrived as well as options. its fascinating that folks like to put negative reviews, but really just want to make other folks look bad as some sort of mask over their own issues. our contract requires mediation in the event of any issues"

"Mr. [Consumer name withheld per their request] Committed fraud and attempted to not pay. Unfortunately for him the lender caught him and paid us. This is a person lashing out. He wanted more work done for free after already having done $4,000 in free work. Every ounce of contracted work was done to the complete satisfaction of the 2nd inspector. Cons went so far as to not inform us of the inspection in an attempt to influence the inspector. We had pictures and they were caught. In addition, Cons took advantage of a 20 yr. a friendship that went sour due to his actions."

This was not my worst experience but could ve been better for sure. I hired this company to frame out 3 closets and 2 door frames and install 3 sets of closet doors. They never scheduled ahead I seemed to be fit in when they wanted to. I would get a text saying available to tomorrow at 10? And that was it. After work started and my drywall was up I was at a stand still with no further info I texted and called and got no replies until I reached the office manager, who would then text the contracted to reply to me. I had no idea when my doors would be installed it went weeks kit hearing anything. I finally got a text saying your doors are ordered will be here at the end of the month. That s it. Then they installed my closet doors two sets were bent and they said that s how they got them from Lowe s put them in and that was it. They textured my walls where they did dry wall with out any prep. They literally just sprayed everywhere. My light switches have texture spray on them clothes shoes you name it. They didn t tell me hey can you clear out this area I m going to spray and it s going to spread nothing. I have endless plastic at home I could ve put up or given to them. I wouldn t hire this company again to change a light bulb.

Paul was wonderful to work with. After beginning the project it was discovered that deck support beams were bad and needed to be replaced. He took and sent pictures, and discussed options in a manner that I could easily understand. I will definitely be using Katiedid, LLC again.
