Hired to find a leak. No leak found but wanted to sell me $1800 of upgrades that were not needed, and 3-4x what another licensed plumber quoted. This had nothing to do with the leak. Cut hole in my ceiling and never followed up. watch your pocket and get a second opinion .

People need to avoid using ASAP plumbing, my experience with them was terrible. Shawn Sapp did not follow through with the basic terms of our contract, left my yard a mess, left his bobcat in front of my house for 2 weeks and then refused to backfill when our contract clearly stated that he would. First he said I told him not to worry about backfilling, then he said KCPL told him not to backfill and now he will not communicate with me. Shawn is eager to hire him to the point of pushiness and I made a huge mistake. AVOID THIS COMPANY

However, KCPL mandated we not backfill the portion that they were responsible. Please also recall the arrangement you told us you made to have a family member remove the debris pile in order to get the greatly reduced price. Hopefully, they followed through with that. Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate
Katie's ASAP Plumbing is not kidding when they say ASAP. I got a call within seconds of submitting my request on a Sunday. A plumber came out the next and handled all the repairs. I happened to be out of town and they handled everything over the phone. They were courteous and most importantly, they were honest. I got another bid from a national chain for thousands of dollars more for a repair that was not necessary. Rest assured, you can trust Katie's ASAP plumbing.

Their Major Plumbing Dad can be ready to go when he comes to give you an estimate. We had a few minor projects that our Plumbing Dude which he also knocked off while he was there. There are also coupon deals. Home repairs are never cheap, but Katie is reasonable and you don't have to worry about hiring some stranger off the street. I have had a century year old house for 25 years, and have been "shafted" (the polite term) more often than not.

They are advertising really low price. But please don't fall them that. When they are done my cost was five time more. when they get to your place they don't want to use the right tools (snake or tip), this plumber was busy talking about how expensive is his tools. He don't want to use them, because they might to go bad.... I wonder why does he bring to the site? He should keep them in the show cases.

When we arrived it was clear your rental home's, sewer blockage would require much more than our basic $89 service. You asked our plumber to use our equipment in such a way that would most likely damage our equipment or your property. We refused to take that risk for our sake and yours. This company most definitely backs the ASAP in their name. I own a family operated insulationn business called Insulation Pros LLC and we come highly recommended and reviewed on Home Advisor ourselves. I hold other companies to the same standards I hold for myself and unfortunately too many companies these days have lost the customer service aspect of the business. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company. They not only backed the ASAP part of their name but also provided an extremely competitive price. Considering the price, quality and customer service. They are #1 by far!!
