Exceptional quality and prompt service, with all aspects of the job overseen (and engaged) by the owner. I may have other projects and I will definitely use them again. Katonah Construction’s value for money was between 5X and 10X better than other big name construction firms. One firm quoted a price nearly seven times higher than Katonah Construction. Brandon is honest, a great listener, highly customer oriented. And he and his team are highly experienced and have been working together on a longstanding basis. I received four proposals, and I am so glad I chose Katonah Construction. They are my go-to masonry company.

We noticed a sink hole forming in our yard. When I looked inside the hole, I noticed a stream of running water. The main water service line to our home was leaking. With the freezing weather approaching, we needed to dig it up and replace it ASAP. After engaging with several companies we decided to hire Katonah Construction. They were trained and prepared for any scenario, fully licensed and insured, and had a great relationship with the plumbing inspectors. They were also one of the few to provide a written and detailed contract, and had a website; a sign of a reputable and growing company. After signing and paying the deposit, Katonah secured the permits within one day and completed the replacement of the 60’ line two days later. Almost everyone on the team had at least 10 years of experience in their trade and were very pleasant to interact with. The work was done to the standard higher than what’s needed to pass an inspection and also looks great. Although discovering the sinkhole was a stressful ordeal, it was also a blessing. A portion of the existing water line was discovered to be lead. A material that’s no longer approved for transporting potable water. The new line is 1” copper and will provide clean water for our family and others for many years to come. We are very grateful for Brandon and his team and are already discussing other projects for him.

Katonah Construction and Brandon (the owner) were amazing. They started started and finished my job when they told me they would, as promised. The guys were polite, professional and did an incredible job. Highly recommended!

Very prompt always answer my calls/texts very quick and very kind people. I will only use Katonah going forward. I have also told my friends to use them. They replaced my entire sewer system and then helped me with landscaping looking at the pic you would never know my front yard was a huge mud puddle.

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his father at Katonah Construction co. They went above and beyond to get my project down the right way when challenges presented themselves. To say they care about doing the right thing is an understatement. They both have a work ethic that is rarely demonstrated these days. They have my future jobs and future recommendations. .

Showed up when they said they would...gave a fair price and left my property clean...as if the tree had never fallen. Great company, very professional. Would definitely recommend
