From the 1st call to schedule an appointment to the end of the project, we received a 5 star experience. We went from a standard furnace maintenance call to the full replacement of our complete HVAC system. Giovani was professional, courteous, and explained the problem with our system in an easy to understand manner. The choices I had to correct the problem were explained in detail. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would and have recommended KatsHeating and Cooling to others.

Our A/C died last summer for our third floor, and the place was starting to feel like a furnace on hot days. We contacted three companies to come out and give a quote. They were great when they arrived: masked appropriately, bringing their own booties, they took a look, made some measurements, and sent out quotes for a variety of options. Giovanni was thoroughly professional, very informative, and honestly just came across as a genuinely nice guy.(One of the other companies didn't even bother to send a quote...) Life got busy, and fixing the A/C got pushed to the back burner. When I contacted Giovanni again, he came right back out (even though it is nearly July and they are MUCH busier,) let the previous quote stand, didn't argue with our choosing just to do the A/C instead of also doing the furnace, and got us scheduled for two days later on the weekend (as they were booked up during the week until the middle of July.) So, as a Father's Day present, I got a new A/C installed. Nice! They showed up early, put down tarp on the stairs, were overall quiet enough that the baby sleeping in the room below where they were working didn't wake up, and finished right on schedule. I will definitely be using them for our heating/cooling needs in the future. Honestly, you probably should, too!

I hired Giovanni to install a Central Humidifier. During the process, he was very informative and took the time to explain how to maintain the humidifier. Giovanni is an expertise in this line of work and I would not hesitate to hire him again!

Giovanni was very professional and found and fixed the problem quickly. However, $105, although cheaper than most other repair services, is still a lot of money for 1/2 hour of work.

Giovanni was awesome, on time, polite and did quality work. We had just moved into a rehab and had a couple of questions about the heating system that was installed. He didn't do the work but was more than happy to explain that we had dampers in the attic duct work (we didn't know that) to make our heating and cooling system work better for our needs. Our humidifier was installed, explained and worked properly and the entire area was clean! before he left. Katz heating and cooling now has a new and very satisfied client.

I needed to change the motor in my furnace, , Giovanni respond to my call was very quick. He came the next day and changed the motor. Excellent job, he answered all of my question, the price was very good, and above all very honest person .

My experience with Kats was great, Giovanni was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided us with a competitive estimate. The level of customer service we received was well above any that I've received from any contractor. I recommend that you give them a call even if you think you have a great estimate because Giovanni pointed out things that none of the other contractors did while taking the time to walk us through the entire process.

The Kats' service person was on time explained what he would do diagnose the problem. Told us the problem, how it could be fixed, and the cost. They were our second opinion and we were glad we reached out to them the first one said a whole new air conditioner was needed. Kats" found a minor issue and was fixed at a fraction of the cost. When it's time to replace it's a no Brainerd who we'll be calling.
