Very poor customer service and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone. They cancelled appointments and did not communicate with the customer. They are not professional.

KATZ Professional Services earned these 5 stars and this high rating, 1. They responded quickly to my first contact. 2. The owner provided a professional and reasonable free, written estimate after inspecting the job. 3. KATZ immediately responded when I accepted the estimate stating they would schedule my job as soon as their other jobs permitted. 4. Only 5 days later they called asking if the next day was OK; they arrived on time with all the equipment needed. 5. They provided the highest work quality in terms of structural strength, materials, and aesthetics; cheerfully and courteously answered my questions, stuck to their estimate. FYI KATZ name is first letters of owners 4 children. Highly recommend!

I would hire Katz Professional Services again. They were honest, timely, professional, friendly, and did awesome work. The scope of work changed as the project evolved. It went from replacing a few rotten exterior siding boards to actually replacing a significant portion of the siding on our house. They showed us the condition of the exterior as the project progressed and let my husband and me decide how best to manage the scope of work and the budget. The price was very fair and the work completed exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
