Katz Roofing & Siding, Inc.

They left a huge mess of nails, ruined several boards on our deck, and improperly installed roof vents, which led to leaking and mold growth in the attic and on ceilings in our home. Then they refused to work with us and the owner screamed at my husband over the phone. For the deck, the owner did offer a $500 discount, but that meant nothing to us as the discount would have benefitted the insurance, not us. It was over $500 to repair. We had to fix at our own expense, and they left a huge hole in the OSB and laid shingles over it with no tar paper or anything. Would never recommend this to anyone. It was incredibly stressful.

Katz Roofing replaced our roof approx. 10 years ago, with a 15 year warranty. Recently contacted them to look at a leak that developed - not even sure if warranty issue or not - just wanted them to come out to look at and repair. Have called the office and owners cell phone directly 6 times. Owner returned call the first time, but once found out we had the warranty, did not stop out to look at as said he would, would not return calls. I stopped in the office, woman at desk contacted him while I was there, said he would call - but nothing. Been waiting 6 weeks with no response, no returning calls, messages, etc. Was very happy with the install and quality, but service since has been horrible.

I called Katz Roofing to get an estimate during the winter. We agreed that he would call me back and assess our roof for a quote when the winter broke and it becomes warmer. Glad he called me to get a head start.

Andy Boyd was the only contractor who responded promptly with a well described estimate. Work began in less than a week and was completed in record time. The approach to handling this job led to additional projects with Katz. The work is superior and the management is of the highest integrity We have entered into a long term renovation of the structure using Katz and other contractors. I would recommend Katz in a heartbeat for any roofing or siding project as well as other projects. And, the quality of work and labor is very high. The goal seems to always to produce a high quality result.

Andy was the only person that would give me the estimates for the various work projects that I was planning while I was out of town. This enabled me to get the roofing scheduled in my timeframe and it was done in one day! There is still a couple things to do, but I am pleased with the work that Katz provides.

Work was done in one day and the clean up was excellent.

The workers also did a very good job.ive already talked to my friend's very happy with the job

Andy provided a thorough review of our needs and fair estimate. Shortly after we selected Katz, 2 perfect days in FEBRUARY allowed our home to be completed. The team was very organized. Enjoyed watching their method. Thorough cleanup which was difficult due to the wind. Our flat portico required a 3-sided rail to be removed and re-installed. The task was completed easily. Great job!

Katz Roofing & Siding did a great job replacing my roof. They cleaned up thoroughly after project was done They did extra work as on my buildings siding as well. They were awesome!
