Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance

It was a miserable rainy day, all day, the day Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance came to do windows. And the outside windows had some kind of sticky residue on them (pesticide here on the West side?). But they did an excellent job and I am very pleased to be looking out through shiny clean windows! Thank you Alben Rivera and Bryan.

Our rental unit on the north shore of Kauaâ  i had just been deep cleaned 60 days prior to hiring Alben Rivera & his crew. We are restarting fresh with a new maid service. And what a contrast between what we had been receiving & Albenâ  s performance! This service was far & above all the others! He & his crew work very hard, seeking out what everyone else misses! My carpets & upholstery look new! Spaces under the refrigerator, oven, beds, sofa, chairs, curtains, tile floors look cleaner than I have ever known. His service is a very good value! Next time I need this service, Kauaâ  i Cleaning & Maintenance is getting the call!

We are very satisfied with the excellent job (deep cleaning) performed by Alben Ramirez of Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance. Mr Rivera was thorough, honest, and very professional. He presented with excellent customer service and patience in addressing our challenging needs. His services are highly recommended!

Alben Rivera Olmedo was very responsive and followed up with us on the appointment. We moved into a condo where the carpet had not been cleaned for years before us. Alben and his crew did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves including taking my garbage with his. I highly recommend Alben Olmedo.

The company responded very quickly. A representative called to set up an appointment, and we met with him within an hour of the phone call. We were able to schedule the work to be done within a couple of days.. Very easy to work with the company.

Alben and his crew did a great job cleaning. Very kind and helpful in doing extra work.

Even the wife was pleased with the result.

On time, very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service and Available to help with our needs. Attention to detail was spot on. Performed services while I lived off-island and then met me to make sure I was happy when I returned. Outstanding job. Would hire and recommend them 100%!

Great guy did good job cleaning and took his time to do it right!

We are very impressed with the results of this service. The crew were very competent and helped us get a big mess cleaned up in our home. We had some drywall sanding done by our painter and there was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. The response time and scheduling of the cleaning (deep cleaning) was very helpful. They are hard workers. I would recommend this service to anyone, and am very appreciative of the job they did.

Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance came on time and were professional and well prepared. They did an excellent job and I would recommend their services.

The response of this company was very quick, I was looking for a window cleaner . They called me right away, scheduled an estimate, price was reasonable . Then scheduled to have the job done. Their customer service was great, Our windows are a lot cleaner.

Alben was on time and very attentive to what we needed done. The house came out very clean and we are happy!

Our driveway and walls have never looked better! Thank Alben Riveral!

Unfortunately the septic tank caused problems with a portion of the carpet in my rented home in Kalaheo. I found Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance on Angieâ s List. This business was the first and only business to promptly respond to an initial email. The consultation was scheduled prior to having the septic tank pumped. Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance sent pictures via text message. The owner, Mr. Rivera discussed the details and cost of the services. The job was accepted ; the quality of the services was excellent and thorough. The tenants indicated there was an odor in the master bedroom after the services were completed. Kauai Cleaning and Maintenance attempted to address this problem sooner than the tenants wanted so a return visit was scheduled. Kauaâ i Cleaning and Maintenance returned to the house to remediate the problem. Ongoing communication with this business has occurred throughout the process. I am satisfied and would choose Kauaâ i Cleaning and Maintenance again in the future. Thank you!

They responded right away and was available when I needed them.

Great people! Very service minded!! They did a fantastic job!

Alben and his crew did an amazing job! Very thorough and cleanliness. Quick response and understanding as well. Highly recommended!

This company did an amazing job cleaning my house! I would hire them again in a second..very detail oriented and made the place look great! Also worked with my schedule to get me in sooner than what was expected!

Very energetic cleaning! This team helped us greatly. We went to the North Shore while they cleaned and when we got home, all was wonderful. We didn't have to do anything more before the landlord's final walk through. Well worth the money!

I just moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Kauai. It needed a major deep cleaning inside. The outside of the house and concrete was over due for a power wash. Alben did it all! This home looks amazing. Everything was spotless. Alben is the ultimate professional. He returns calls right away and shows up on time. He is all business and stays focused. He came with all of his supplies and equipment. And when he left he took everything with him. I could not be happier with his work. I plan to use him again and recommend him to every one I know. It was a true pleasure. Thank you Alben! You are the best!

Amazing job on cleaning our rental for the new tenants! Flexible, great customer service, quality work!

They did a good job while they worked but they quoted me $280 dollars for the day and only worked 3 1/2 hours. I feel cheated.

My wife and I had been off-Island for a long time and our home really needed a deep cleaning in preparation for our return. I contacted Alben and he made it happen to my full satisfaction. I wouldnâ t consider using any other cleaning service. We arrived back home and our home was spotlessly cleaned and cared for.
