I have to say that Kay had one of the toughest cleaning jobs in the project I hired her for, as it was a move-out clean on an older apartment where tenants have come and gone, without a deep-clean in between. She worked tirelessly until the job was done and that took her around 12 hours! I thought that the cost was going to be excruciatingly high but it turned out to be reasonable! She even guaranteed that if the property management had any complaints that she would come and make it right, even if it took 10 times! That was not needed, however, as the property managers (ADEA) inspected and immediately declared that the cleaning was satisfactory! I am so pleased and thankful for her hard work!
