Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
The service was horrible I paid over $800 to have a pool open and clean the pool was the same as when it was open green and nothing absolutely nothing was. I could not use the pool all summer. I have pictures that verify the Pool how it looked after the service

You and your wife should have been told about our process for cleaning a pool that had not been open for a year or so. If it had not been explained I apologize for that. I wish the best, I hope you get to use your pool more this season."

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Kay Pool and Spa came to open the pool on May 2 and did not complete the project until June. Also recommend new clips for the ladder. Estimate started at $270 and then jumped to $700.00. The new clips would be $277.00 and had the wrong parts and then charged me $335.00. I feel the customer service is horrible and are not helpful. Angie was extremely rude and I have no issue with paying these services however I want to make sure the prices are fair.

"Miriam S, We are always looking to better ourselves. We take all our reviews seriously, good or not so good. Sometimes when we order parts our suppliers send the wrong parts. We wanted to be sure your ladder and handrails were secured properly. We do not recall those exact numbers, and we will verify those again to be sure they are correct and fair. We made many changes this season to ensure that very thing. We apologize if you felt any of our employees was rude to you, that is not how we've trained our employees to treat any customer."

Never needed them after first service,project never got finished due to on my part,out of town hospital to this day,husband very ill all last year and still,thanks so much first service outstanding plus guys were very helpful and kind.would spread the word great company overall
