Kayak Point Construction, LLC

I highly recommend Dean and Kayak Construction for the daunting(in my mind!)task of removing outer chimney and raising our beach house to create a new foundation and subsequent remodeling of bathroom and utility room. I heard others say they would hardly see or hear from their contractor once a project had started. Not Dean! He is a thoughtful knowledgeable experienced professional with much appreciated communication skills. I always felt I could trust his judgement as he had my best interests in any recommendation. Best decision ever working with Dean and Kayak Construction!! I am grateful for Dean, his humor, his giving me peace of mind and security in a project well done.

Very professional. Did the work on my garage remodel in a timely manner with excellent results.

Dean was great. He gave me a very detailed estimate and also alerted me of possible costs that could be incurred due to unforeseen issues so that I would not be surprised by anything. He was very professional and did a wonderful job.

Dean at Kayak was excellent and patient with my small garage project. I wanted to put in a loft because I have a high ceiling and wanted to use the space. He came to my home, looked at my project, then had a quote for me the same day. I agreed to hire him because nobody else called me back. They arrived on time when he said they would and completed the job. The clean up after the job was as if they weren't even there. The loft is super sturdy and very well done. I am very pleased with the customer service, price, work and follow up that Kayak provided. Don't hesitate to give them a call.
