Vinyl Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Yes, I recommend this pro
Some of my siding blew off in a windstorm. The work was completely promptly and to my satisfaction, at a reasonable price.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Looks like he did a good, professional job. English is his second language so we possibly had a few communication issues. All-in-all, though, I'd use him again

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I was disappointed with several aspects of the finished product but did not ask for changes because I was cramped for time (other projects lined up) and I did not feel encouraged to speak my mind (English second language for Kaz and crew and rather stoic, no-nonsense kind of attitude). Several deck top rail joints are poorly done. The back deck was not designed so as to prevent water dripping under the house, a problem which I had made them aware of and wanted prevented. Now I need to get someone else to retrofit it. There was also a tendency for Kaz to tell me to "have the person who does the siding do..." this or that, when it more appropriately should have been done by him.
