My overall experience was excellent. They were very friendly, worked very quickly, and made sure everything was done correctly. They also maintain everything clean in the end.

The guy lacks experience. He left a mess for me to clean up. The rockscaping job he did was pretty simple. He told me he had put chemical down to kill grass. That was not done, clearly, as I now have to apply grass killer to my yard weekly. After laying inferior plastic liner, he dumped the rock in the center and then spread it over the area with heavy equipment., running over and over the plastic and rock, puncturing the liner. He claimed to have experience in other areas, like pond repairs. His previous partner told me he had no experience in that area at all. Highly recommended not hiring this unprofessional guy.

Kazu was prompt to respond to our request for a quote and to get something scheduled to meet the immediate needs of our tenant (we are out of state owners). They did the job.... to a point. Had to point out area they forgot, which they then did. But after finished found other cabinets not done. Did not clean up when done as promised which made me have to hire additional personnel at added cost of $850!

I live in a different city and needed work done on a rental property in El Paso. They were very understanding of my anxiety over having a major project done from so far away. I received phone calls and pictures daily with updates and reassurances. I have been burned in these situations in the past so I was very nervous and undoubtedly annoying with my anxietyâ s over not being there, but their patience was incredible! Their work was great! They removed 7.5 tons of tree in a week and left the place incredibly clean. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for work done, and will definitely use them again! They went above and beyond what I would ever have expected.

Good communications

These guys are dependable and do a great job at a reasonable cost. They start early and get the job done. Clean up is important to the home owner and they did a good job on this, missed a few bits but nothing major.
