Tub resurface had run where he did not tape off drain and water seeped out. he said I had 3 year warranty and initially said heâ d fix it but no show then would not answer calls. Very unprofessional. Wish Iâ d used someone else.

"if you would have sent me a text or gave me a call and be patient with me I could get to you in one person trying to cover a lot of ground. plus you had some unexpected leak come out of your hey drain that I could not help I put the proper block off in the Jets to make sure no water came out. yes, I will fix it but I am trying to get to everyone."

Provider acted in desperate need of cash and did the work according to that desperate need looked good at first but then after several weeks started peeling up and chipping the turnaround was so quick with a response when I reached out because the work had just been done two weeks prior but never showed up to repair it never reached out to schedule a time stopped receiving my calls stop responding to my texts just like several other

Kyle re-glazed my bathtub. My son was there to let Kyle in to do the job as I had to work. There were some spots that did not get covered. I sent him pictures via text message. I called him the next day since I had not gotten a response from him. He denied receiving the text. Kyle said he would come and make it right in a day or two because he was on a big job. I gave him a couple of days and then sent him a text message. He did not respond. I am not satisfied and I am still waiting on him to make it right
