I had the hot water line break and called many companies for quotes. Yes they responded and one was lower. However, for Franklin Kea what made me go with him was his customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions. It wasnâ t a call center it was his cell phone. He would answer right away or text me right away and being at work 12-14hours for me was very helpful. My house was old and needed a pipe reroute and his explanation helped me to see he was being honest. His guys were awesome and great work ethic. They never stopped on this huge project. In the end it came down to cost and Franklin was amazing and matched it. He did some other repairs he saw. TRULY TRULY BLESSED that I came upon his company on thumbtack and took a chance. So if your thinking about a plumbing company I strongly recommend KEA plumbing and contractors. Franklin and his team are the best and a great a bunch of guys. I am extremely happy with their work. A pipe reroute is no joke and no small job. They also did amazing cleaning up after they were done. They are 10 stars in my eyes. thank you Franklin. I was blessed getting to know you and have your number saved. I will let everyone know about Kea if they need referrals

Kea Plumbing responded quickly, they were unable to solve the problem by normal means and had to get a special machine to use special pressure power to clean the drain, the price was an outrageous amount $1600 for less than a half hour work. Despite numerous request I have yet to receive a paid receipt.
