In short, my air conditioner caught fire a while back and I asked Kearney to 1) fix all of the electrical related to or impacted by the fire, and 2) replace the a/c unit that had caught fire. As they were finishing up the electrical job they said they didn?t have the parts they needed to do the last component, and asked if they could just do it later when the hvac was replaced. Ultimately, I decided against using them for the hvac because I found better options, but asked them to come back to fix the last remaining part of the electrical (which was actually the component that caused the fire and was a clear safety hazard). At that point, they told me I?d have to get a new quote and pay in-full for the visit separately. When I originally asked them to quote/repair everything related to the fire, I expected at the least they would repair the outlet that caused the fire. We decided to replace our whole forced air HVAC system which was about 25 years old and did not work well anymore. We selected Kearney HVAC after meeting with the owner, Jon, who explained in details our different options and provided detailed estimates for a couple of Bryant systems about 24h after we met. We decided to go with high efficiency system (97%) and just had it installed a coupe of days ago. We couldn't be happier with the system and even more important with the installation done by his team. The whole team arrived on time on both days, were very professional and left the place spotless. More importantly, they did an amazing job installing a complex system including heating, cooling, ionizer, humidifier and proprietary thermostat. The installation is just perfect with every cables, pipe, connectors tight in the safe places. Jon took time to explain in details how the whole system works as well as the proprietary "evolution" communicating control thermostat. System has been running for only few days but we definitely noticed a huge difference in comfort (no temperature variation or differences across rooms). I would definitely contact them again for any HVAC work and highly recommend Kearney HVAC.

From the quick response for a quote to the fast installation this was an excellent experience. John listened to what I asked for and designed a system that was exactly what I wanted. Everyone involved was timely and knowledgeable as well as being extremely courteous. I couldn't be happier with the money spent and recommend them to anyone.

In my field of work and being a new home owner I'm constantly dealing with contractors and hear all the stories good and bad. These guys were professional courteous and reliable. We had an installation of a new furnace and condenser. John always called back when he said he would and he is very knowledgeable about the current rebates and the whole paperwork process (the paperwork process can be confusing and stressful). His price quote was $2000 less than the competitors. They showed up on time for the install and finished when they said they would. John stopped by the following day to check on us to see how everything went and helped us set up our WIFI thermostats. He also answered all our questions courteously and professionally. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and loves what he does. Kearney made the whole process easy. You owe it to yourself to at least call these guys for a quote - I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

They did a great job on the install, they explained ever thing very clearly, they were very neat and did the job in the time they said it would take. We love the boiler and nice hot water the new water heater provides. It was a really good experience working with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who may need a new boiler.

Kearney HVAC was excellent in every way. I needed a whole new compressor unit and coils. They came quickly to provide an estimate. They were able to begin the project very soon. The price was substantially better than two other estimates. The professionalism of the workers installing the equipment was stellar.

was hired to close 2 ducts and put in a new duct on same zone. workers showed up on schedule but were not prepared. They made excuses that they didn't know what to do although the quote was written out in detail. also, they did not even have sheet metal to close a vent off. Later when I called the owner, he was not polite and made excuses about my availability which he knew when he made the original visit. I will not be rescheduling with them.

Jon was professional from the first bid through the end of the project (installation of a new HVAC system, finished on schedule). He took time to answer all our questions, remained patient when he had to redo part of his work because of our mistake, and his work crew were all polite and cleaned up well after they completed work each day. We've had lots of workers in our house recently, and Jon's crew were the least intrusive and most pleasant.

Jon was fantastic to work with. In terms of "Value for Money" I can't really determine that at this time. He was very professional and excellent to work with. He was prompt and the job was completed as scheduled. I definitely would recommend him.

Came and looked at AC unit and was able to fix it quickly (in the pouring rain). I had other hvac pros tell me it was too costly to repair even if it could be and others tell me it needed to be replaced.

The work was good and we could see immediate results. We had problem with our fan motor and he fixed it for us the same day. The only problem could be in getting him to come in after your initial phone call
