Keating Property Services, LLC is a full service landscaping and snow removal company located in Hamden, CT. We have been in operation for over 30 years. With extreme conditions looming every winter, Keating Property Services, LLC has the equipment and man power to achieve the most difficult of plows and projects. We strive for greatness not only in the field, but with customer service as well. We are a team of individuals that live in the community. They came every week, usually on the same day of the week, barring weather problems. One week, they mowed just 4 days after the last time they were here. I had to remind them to send me the monthly bill for at least 3 of the months. They charge a penalty (waved in those cases) if you do not pay within 30 days. When I agreed to their proposed contract, I assumed it included the itemized spring clean-up, which did not occur. I should have reminded them, but waited too long and didn't. As I had my trees cut down last fall, I did not have the leaves of past years so declined the fall clean-up. When I enquired as to snow removal, I was advised that because I did not have the two clean-ups, they would not remove the snow from my driveway and public walks this winter.

I hired Keating Property Services to trim some very tall and overgrown arborvitae hedges in my yard. The hedges came out great and Keating Property services was great to work with-very professional and patient. I would highly recommend them!

They damaged my 6 foot vinyl fence in multiple places and scratched up my gate with their equipment and then denied it. They also damaged the siding of my house with their weed whackers. I would not recommend their services.

They only mowed once so far. The grass was cut at a good height, not scalped too low as many tend to do. No clipping left behind. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful.
