My home AC quit working and I was concerned that I would not be able to get it repaired due to existing conditions. After requesting service, I was called immediately, and an appointment was made for the following day. Chris performed diagnostic tasks and tests to identify and confirm that there was a leak in the Freon line in the attic near the cooling coil. Chris was able to repair the line later that day. I was particularly impressed with the timeliness, the in-depth investigation, the repair and follow-up post maintenance testing. Chris is a seasoned technician and craftsman. We had no AC as of Sunday morning on Memorial Day weekend. I knew better than to call someone over the long holiday. We were about to get a hotel room when I put in the service request on Tuesday morning. Chris was the ONLY contractor to call me back and did so within minutes. He was here in a couple of hours. The AC was repaired within a short time frame. He was also honest. The fan was damaged in the process. He reported the problem honestly as being damaged in the process of trying to repair unit. I wouldn't have known this had he not been forthcoming about it. Soooo refreshing to find someone like this and I will store his number as our new HVAC guy.
