Timely estimate, friendly, confident and exuded confidence. The quoted price was fair and they were able to give good return explanation of what we wanted, how we wanted it and our time frame. They kept us in the informational loop during the project. They kept the worksite clean, and were respectful of our property. Offered good suggestions for variances to project. The workmanship is solid, and the project looks great. As a result of their professionalism, I engaged them for 3 other small projects around the outside of our home. For these projects they also quoted what I considered to be a fair price. Keefer Building was a good find!
