"I believe that any reasonable person can see by previous reviews we haven't ever had anyone displeased with our work. This person has misrepresented this situation and indeed says SHE asked we do front and back and Wes was uncomfortable but risked harm to himself in an effort to please this client and do all of what she asked, further there may have been an 1/8 of a cup of sand left in the gutters which certainly will wash out with the thaw. We are very sorry to have even one person unhappy but there is bound to be one in a hundred client that feels they must lash out at someone. Again very sorry to have one dissatisfied client."
"THIS CLIENT IS VERY NEW TO ALASKA, HER HOUSE IS BUILT ON PERMAFROST,BEFORE WE BEGAN SHE HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR LEVEL HER HOUSE AND BUILD PART OF THE DECK AND WE DID THE REMAINDER. HOWEVER, THIS HOUSE HAS LIKELY SHIFTED AGAIN SO IT IS REASONABLE THAT THE BOARDS MAY TOO HAVE SHIFTED."
