Used Keember Plumbing a year and a half later for another property purchased. They will always be my go to! Jeremy, Tricia, and all employees are amazing to work with! They were on time and detailed on their quote, delivered exceptional service, and took care of our plumbing needs super quick. This review is embarrassingly overdue, but Keemer Plumbing absolutely deserves the recognition! We used them for several projects throughout our home, including replacing three toilets, installing new washer and dryer hookups for a kitchen renovation, installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system, running a new water line to our refrigerator, and installing a new kitchen sink faucet and sprayer. Needless to say, we put these guys to work! From beginning to end, their work was exceptional. Jeremy, Derek, and Clint were fantastic. Their work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They made some fairly involved projects look effortless and did an incredible job bringing everything together. What impressed us even more was how they handled an unexpected change. Because of a planning error on our end, we realized the washer and dryer hookups needed to be relocated after they had already been installed. Instead of making an already stressful situation worse, they simply said, “No problem.” They came right back out, moved everything where it needed to go, and truly saved the day for us. We were incredibly grateful! And I absolutely have to give a big shout-out to Tricia in the office, who was our original point of contact. This lady keeps it all together for these guys! From my very first conversation with her, Tricia was incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to talk me through every step of the process. Her customer service and willingness to answer my questions were honestly some of the biggest reasons we chose to work with Keemer Plumbing in the first place. She gave us confidence that we were choosing the right company before the work even began and we absolutely did! The quality of their work is top notch, their pricing is fair and reasonable, and everyone we dealt with was very dependable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to work with. So, with all that said, we will definitely be back! Eight months later, we still love and appreciate the incredible job you all did for us. Got a free estimate and explanation of the work to be performed. Came out the day they said they would and got the work extending the natural gas line so I could hook up a new gas stove. The work was done professionally and with good customer service.
