My husband and I are in escrow and we used keen eye for our home inspection. We were in between a few companies but we appreciated Dakotas authenticity. Overall, we were very impressed with Dakotas thoroughness and responsiveness. He arrived promptly and was at the property for several hours investigating every inch while my husband and I hung out. My husband works in water restoration so he is familiar with water damage, but Dakota explained every issue so clearly you can tell that he is an expert in this field. After our inspection, we were emailed our inspection findings the following day. We feel confident in his report and he has provided us with very helpful insight on our next steps. His inspection was worth every penny and we would highly recommend him Dakota.
