Keen Home Inspections

Randy was great -- very knowledgeable and you could tell that he has years of experience. He was on site for almost 5 hours, and had an assistant for another set of eyes. This amounted to 10 man-hours of inspection for only slightly more than others charged in the area. Well worth it, especially considering the quality of the findings and report. He answered all of my questions as I followed him around throughout the day.

The inspector was able get start was able to start the job on very short notice. I was grateful for that. Also, the whole experience was convenient on my end.

Called the inspector on a Saturday and he was there to inspect on Monday. This was important due to my time constraints. The inspection and report was done Monday night. The inspector took time to walk the home and property with me to show me and explain things he found. The cost was good and he was thorough. He is an experienced builder and FEMA inspector. I liked the fact the company is not buddies with the realtors involved in my home purchase. I will recommend this company to family and friends. No I don t know the inspector or any affiliates of this company. Completely satisfied.

Randy was very informative about what he saw, or anything that need to be fixed (small or big). He offered suggestions of how to fix any areas of concern.

Randy is very professional and thorough. He was also great at working with my ever changing schedule. I watched him crawl thru attics, comb over every inch of the foundation and home inside and out. He provided me a detailed report with high res pictures within a day. When he found issues, he explained them and offered solutions I would want to consider. He was great to work with.
