From booking to final walk through Keen Queen Clean was extremely professional, the owner came to the property to give a review and estimate. This walk through clarified both of our expectations of the move-in/ move out cleaning. Times and dates were arranged easily in my work schedules and the cleaning was set up quickly. The appliances looked brand new after the cleaning Service and the carpet steps very spotless, the bathrooms were fresh and clean. The floors were clean and reflective to show off the nice wood shine. I would recommend this company to my friends, Family and coworkers.

Fantastic cleaning! I first hired a cheaper cleaner and their performance was insufficient I went back to the best customer service option - Keen Queen Clean. I got it right the second time! KQC did an amazing job and left my whole home sparkling clean. Carpets, appliances, windows, baseboards, vents, door knobs - EVERYTHING! I would definitely recommend. If I could go back in time I would have booked them the first time - it is well worth the money!

I have used Keen Queen Clean and Cristelle for many years and I cannot think more highly of her!! She is professional, friendly and easy to talk to. She even gives me real estate advice she is also a licensed realtor in MD, VA and DC!! She is a wonderful person in general but the way she cleans my house, I often call her my hero!! She is so thorough and never misses a spot. I often text her when I come home to a sparkling clean home that smells amazing to gush and thank her! She always communicates with me and I could not be happier with her work!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving her a shot, you definitely will not regret it!!

This cleaning service is a SCAM. I contracted Kris (the Owner) and her team to conduct a deep clean of my 4BR, 3.5 BA which she appeared confident and capable of doing. While her reviews on HomeAdvisor spoke volumes of her expertise, the services rendered to my home were less than acceptable and highly disappointing. I conducted a pre-clean walk-through with Kris and discussed needing a deep clean and mopping to my kitchen floor, clean the floor/baseboards throughout the entire home, windows/blinds cleaned and dusted, curtains taken down, washed/dried and re-hung, cabinets cleaned out, clean stove and countertops, doors cleaned, vacuum carpet down to basement stairwell, bathrooms cleaned and MBR shower cleaned - IOW clean the entire home. I would provide the laundry detergent for the curtains and she would provide the cleaning supplies and equipment to clean the home. She agreed and even suggested to me that she would ensure to scrub the doors where dust collects in the grooves that people do not pay attention to. I was ecstatic that she noticed things to further address that I did not even consider. She asked if there were cleaning products I disliked and I said Comet due to the powdery residue it leaves behind. This is one of the products she prefers and convinced me that my home would be explicitly clean without the residue, so I agreed to her using it for the cleaning. She quoted $520 to include a $260 deposit, with the remaining due post-cleaning walk-through. I agreed and contracted her services for 0900 on 24JUN22. The evening prior to service, Kris texted to confirm the appointment and I acknowledged. That morning, my husband informed me that they were late and did not arrive until 0915. At 1:15 pm, Kris texted me that they were finishing up. I arrived to do the post-clean walk-though only to find that the floorboards in the MBR were not cleaned, Comet residue throughout the shower tile, kitchen floor(s) were not mopped, doors and window blinds not cleaned or dusted, and none of the curtains cleaned or dried. I showed these deficiencies to Kris and she sent her son to clean those areas and she replied: It is not going to be perfect. I took her to the side and; told her I didn't hire her for perfection, I contracted her services to clean my home. At that point, I asked her to leave as I was not about to waste more time and money for services that should have been rendered during the 5 hours they were in my home. CONSUMERS, please be advised that Keen Queen Clean LLC is a SCAM. How she is endorsed by Angi and HomeAdvisor is incredibly disheartening as these are reputable resources that promote QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES; however, KEEN QUEEN CLEAN LLC does NOT even measure to the BASIC standards of CLEANLINESS. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone!

Krystal was prompt to return my call, she was very accommodating for the schedule I needed. She was professional, prompt and courteous. The work done was impeccable, I was really impressed. They went above and beyond and did more than I even asked for. I would hire them anytime for any type of job. I've scheduled this company for a monthly or every other month to do cleaning for me and I've recommended them to all my friend. Thank you Keen Queen Clean, now I can happily move into my new home. I'm very happy with your work!!!!!

Krystelle and the team are amazing!!! My husband and I were very reluctant to hire somebody since we did not want to pay a lot of money and not be happy with the results. Krystelle and the team did not disappoint us! Our house has never been this clean!! She goes above and beyond and cleans every corner of the house. We have a sizable house but her price is very reasonable. Being full-time working parents with 3 little children we are keeping Krystelle around! Recommend her services to anyone looking for help!

My wife resisted hiring a house cleaner for years. She did not think anyone would do a good job and not damage things. When she saw the job Keen Queen Clean did she said "wow, this is clean", cleaner than I would do and nothing was damaged at all. A great job, so good we agreed to bring Keen Queen Clean back to clean again in two weeks.

Excellent service! I hired Christelle to do a one-time deep cleaning of my house, especially the kitchen area and she cleaned it very thoroughly.

Christelle organized my clean winter and summer clothes that were all over my first and third floors. The pandemic just brought me to a standstill, and working from home was depressing. I would put clothes down the laundry chute to wash them, but I did not have the energy to lug them back up to my third floor. Clean clothes were in a heap on the third floor waiting to be sorted for the season. Christelle, with her very calm spirit, saved the day. I finally have to admit that at my age, I need help. I will be using Christelle once a month.

The crew was very thorough, ti.ely and quick. They cleaned my entire house for a move out service and it looked brand new when they were done. Very reasonable rates.

Working with Christelle was great. She reached out to me, performed a pre-work survey, arrived exactly when she said she would, and sent me post-service pictures. Her quote was comparatively high but the level of service she provided was worth it.

used them for final home cleaning after moving out - did a great job! job took a little longer because third person was unable to come, so it was two workers rather than 3, but they still got the job done.

Christelle was great to work with! She was quick to give me a call after my inquiry on Home advisor, was able to quickly do a inspection at my house and provide me a reasonable quote. She was very flexible with scheduling arrangements as I needed, and the cleaning that her and her crew did for my home move out inspection was flawless. Of note, I was not home the day of the clean, and she sent me many photos throughout the day to make sure that I was aware of the quality of the work being completed. They did a very detailed and thorough job cleaning, the only thing I would like them to do better is to improve efficiency as it took over 3 hours and they still didnâ t finish but i had to ask them to finish. . Besides that, they arrived on time and did a good job.
