KEENE CONSTRUCTS LLC is a design-build that offers services related to residential construction projects targeted for rural and small town communities. A primary operating principle is that good living and working spaces cannot be mass produced. The company combines the ability to design well-built energy efficient homes with the practical know-how of the construction process so as to offer quality design and carpentry. The owner, Cody Moore, has a masters degree in mechanical engineering and over 10 years in the residential construction industry. He manages and performs the primary carpentry work on every job. Services offered include: conventional stick frame building, timber framing, deck/porch construction, home additions, renovations, tiny home design and construction.
