"I should definitely get written contracts thanks for the advise. Unfortunately this customer prank called with a big job that required grapple truck pickup, stump grinder service and equipment rental. My stump grinder guy wasn't too happy about taking up days on his calendar 2 weeks in a row and having to cancel with a days notice both times. Scheduled the grapple truck guy 2 weeks in a row and had to call and cancel him, which has damaged my relationship with the grapple truck guy. I gave this customer a super fair deal and he did not bother to let me know he was canceling with any advanced notice. We are Fair, affordable. and do quality work"
