Despite miscommunication of the time the crew would arrive...I didn't check my email notifying me of the time first stated...the job done was excellent. I've paid less and been disappointed with other companies. I paid more for a one time cleaning of a home before the owner moved in, I felt it was money well spent. I'm excited for my son to get back from his vacation to see his newly remodeled condo clean...windows and sceens looked great. I highly recommend your company and wouldn't hestitate to tell family and friends what a great job was done.

After a long day on the Los Angeles freeway system, I came home to open the door to my clean home! When one can see and literally smell the sparking cleanliness, it is a great feeling! Andrea was an answer to my prayers. I really appreciated her walk-through after the deep cleaning to make sure everything was done to my liking.

The very nice two woman team worked tirelessly for 7 hours straight and were vey thorough in their work. Andrea (the owner) came through at the end and basically white gloved the entire place and had her staff go over anything she found needing further attention. I would recommend Keep It Clean to a Friend.

The crew is hardworking and does a very good job. They are open to receiving direction. I'd like a little more help with putting things away in the kitchen, as my schedule is crazy right now, however I haven't asked them to do so, and it would take them a few visits to find out where things go.

Our home was a post remodel clean-up (very different from a routine house cleaning). Andrea was a very good communicator and keep in contact with us from the get-go. She did an incredible job changing schedules and fitting us in at the last minute (my mistake for calling late). She changed the schedule at least 3 times to accommodate last minute requirements of our builder. This all happening at a time when she also had some unprecedented challenges with resources. Unfortunately, the people that came to clean our home were not experienced with post construction cleaning and the job was not up to our standards or up to Andrea's standards. She was very disappointed with the job they did. Since our move in date was the very next day, we had no more time to redo to job (again, my mistake for waiting until the last moment). Andrea offered to clean our home again, after we got moved in at no extra charge. Given the circumstances, we thought this was the fair thing to do. So while the job did not turn out the way we thought it should, we were very impressed with Andrea and her professionalism. Note: If you have a post construction cleaning make sure to not wait until the last minute to book services and to make sure the professional you have clean is experienced in post construction clean-up.

EXCELLENT JOB !!!!! Andrea called as soon as I submit a request through Service Magic. She scheduled a day right away, and work around my schedule. She gave me a great deal, even added another person for free to cut down our cost. She was there to help me from beginning to end, informed me with everything. You will never find a better company out there. That's for sure ! We'll definitely use her again.
