Called the above company after the first company charged $300 and the refrigerator and freezer did not maintain the correct temperature. Upon the first visit, Ryan was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts, kept the designated appointment and did a wonderful job. Ryan comes from a family of appliance repairers and is patient and professional. I am so lucky to have found him.

This company cannot be trusted. They sold me a module for my Northland refrigerator at the cost of $2,830.75, which they assured me would be like having a brand new refrigerator. In fact, when my refrigerator was brand new it was extremely quiet. The module is DEFECTIVE. From day one, the constant noisy cycling has been impossible to live with in a small studio apartment. Initially, after my numerous complaints, and after hearing the noise themselves, they told me the good thing was that I HAD A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY and that they would order me a new module. They returned with a different part -- not the module -- and told me they had been sent the wrong part by the company, as the unit still made noise after installing it. They told me not to worry and that they would order the correct part. Weeks later they came with another part -- again not the module -- but did not install it. Since my refrigerator had just stopped cycling (a rarity, since it cycles almost 90% of the time!) when they entered my residence, they claimed there was nothing wrong with my unit, and arrogantly walked out the door without installing the part, even though THEY HAD HEARD THE NOISE ON OTHER OCCASIONS. Their mailing address in New York City is a UPS package store, which should be a red flag. Home Advior, after viewing their low ratings by other consumers, told me they would most likely drop them from their contractors' list. It is unconscienable to do business like this. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THAT ALSO GOES BY THE NAME WHITE GLOVE APPLIANCE REPAIR!

Dishonest, unprofessional not trustworthy. Technician damage my property and would not offer an apology. Business owner and secretary were rude. Company denied fault even after proof was provided. I wouldn't recommend this company.

had been waiting 1 month and have not heard from them after the initial visit of $75.00. They told me I needed a door assembly, they said they'd call back. I called repeatedly to see if the part came in, I'm not getting any response.

Beware of using this company. I called them to repair a freezer that was emitting cold air but items were not freezing. The refrigerator was working fine. There were five separate service visits and three different technicians to fix the problem. The first technician said the unit was "leaking Freon someplace." So, he added Freon. I paid him for his service. But, the "fix" did not work. During the second visit, he opened the back inside panel of the freezer and found ice covering the coils. He melted the ice and left. But the freezer still was not working. On the third visit, the tech, "vacuumed" the compressor or coils on the outside back of the unit and "balanced" the Freon. My Freezer did not work. I requested another tech. On the fourth visit, a second tech came and said there was "too much Freon in the unit" He called a colleague and gave him the Freon pressure/reading "25-26". His colleague confirmed that the Freon level was too high and advised him to lower the Freon level to "18", which he did. Subsequent to the second tech's Freon adjustment, hot only air flowed into the unit. Now , both the freezer and the refrigerator no longer work. During the fifth and final visit, the "co-owner" came and pronounced the "compressor" dead. He gave me a price to acquire a new compressor. I said that I needed some time to think about what to do next and would call him to inform him of my decision. After a day of considering my options, I called the company and left a message for the "co-owner" to call me with the exact costs of replacing the compressor. He never returned my call! Nice people who are also nice and incompetent. I give the service "A" for effort and "F" for skill and competence. I am still without a working unit and out of money for so-called "repairs." It is important for potential clients to know that if you do not use this company to make the identified repair, they charge a service charge.

The repairmen who came to my home were on time, efficient, and knew the exact problem with my fridge/freezer right away. Parts were on hand, and it was fixed in no time. I would recommend them.
