1 star. Started strong but rapidly deteriorated to unacceptable service. After using them for a long time, we regret not ending the relationship sooner. Initial cleaning quality was an A but dropped to an F with numerous issues. After our last "deep clean" we found: dust everywhere, toenails in bed, inappropriate items, lights left on, shoes and water bottles stuffed in crevices instead of removed. Prior problems included lost keys and no-shows for pre-scheduled cleanings. We were loyal customers but they clearly took advantage, cutting corners and blowing us off despite premium pricing. The final straw was when our guests discovered medication, weed, and adult toys immediately upon check-in. Save yourself the headache and find cleaners who maintain their standards.

She is kind, personable, professional, respectful, thorough, and upbeat with an amazing willingness and positive attitude. My husband and I are really enjoying our clean home. We will welcome her back on a regular basis.

Claudia did an excellent job for us. She promptly cleaned an empty home for us (tenant moved out), and as an extra paid service provided photo documentation. Communications were superior from beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable about cleaning methods and products, gave us a choice of products, and provided all of her own equipment and supplies. She is also licensed and bonded. We recommend her highly. Claudia's work speaks for itself (we inspected a day after the cleaning), and was followed promptly with a professional invoice by email. We will definitely hire her again.
