Keep Smiling Plumbing

I guess these are the smiling plumbers because they make sure they get paid. I needed a temporary fix to just stop the drain valve from dripping because I was laid off 3 weeks ago. Water heater is almost 20 years old so I expected the replace it sales pitch. He was not wrong but I explained I need a temporary fix because I had tenants coming today and I cant afford to replace until I get a new job. Guy said we cant warranty repair because depressurizing/repressurizing tank to do the repair could make the tank fail today or near future. I accepted, he had me sign warranty waiver and proceeds repair. For $380 I got a drain valve that stopped dripping, sinks/tubs full of sediment, a leaking water supply line to the water heater, and so much sediment in the water lines that it clogged faucets. I understand no warranty on the water heater itself because it is old but this is more like poor quality work. Worse the only customer service offered was and I quote Absolutely No Warranty!

Jonathon was the ultimate pro. He explained everything before hand and was able to rectify the water heater problem very quickly. Additionally, he answered all my questions regarding future concerns.

Hw cut the gas pipe as requested BUT did not shorten the vent which he just coiled. So you can just shut the door but catches the dryer occasionally. Not too happy at $275.

The technician, Christian was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything throughout the process of replacing my expansion tank. He was on time and worked efficiently.

I called Keep Smiling after waiting 3 hours for someone my home warranty company sent that did not show up. Within an hour, Johnathan, the tech was at my home and told me what we needed to do. He was back the next morning to install a new water heater. The install was quick and he was very friendly and professional. So nice to have hot water again.

Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it .would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber.

It was a small project, but they were fast and complete and left the place clean when they were finished. I'll use them for bigger projects in the future.

Installed a tankless water heater, the install is clean and neat. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the install.

They came and stuck with it over 2 days to resolve my problem. Quoted price was what I paid. Excellent work and very friendly guy who came to my house.
