They were not friendly, and they did not clean inside my fridge as requested and left spots on shower glass, streaks on my wood dining table, messy way they made bed .. but overall they were ok

They arrived 10 mins later than the given time window and they were done and out of the house an hour and 15 minutes later, that was very quick compare to my other cleaners. The minimum is always 2 hours for a crew of 2. They missed a lot of places, they only cleaned half of the top cabinet. They weren't happy when I asked them to redo some area. Also many things that I asked they said they won't clean and even told me to clean it myself, WTH! I called up the manager and he was very nice and schedule to come back to fix it. I want to give them another try because I like how the manager handled it. Hopefully next time they won't send the same crew and do a better job.

"We regret that you were not fully satisfied with the service. We strive to make the best quality service for our customers. The issue regarding the team, they are told to do a certain job most likely there was a misunderstanding and responded based on what they thought they where suppose to do. When you called the manager which was the right thing to do. He said that if we come out for the next cleaning he would be there to address any concerns. Finally in regards to the team being late there are many factors that could have caused them to be 15 minutes late. We strive to be on time for all our clients and we do apologize for this.
