WOW ! Impressive. A little concerned at first choosing via internet, but happy I made this choice. Appointment made same day! Ken is very personable and knows his stuff. While there, I asked about other items which he will be taking care of too. Price was very reasonable. I think I finally found someone I can rely on for any future appliance problems. Thanks Ken.

Keep em running helped us out tremendously with tips and ideas on what to do. We had already hired someone to come out to check out our repair before we called Keep em running. We were very much disappointed with the end result of this company. We wished we would have called keep em running first, but they actually confirmed the replacement cost and gave us ideas on what to check to ensure that we needed the part we were quoted to fix our problem..

Ken was great. He was able to provide me a rough estimate over the phone; something other companies refused to do. I was so satisfied with the first repair that I used Ken again for another repair. I would highly recommend this company.

Ken was great, he came right away to determine the problem, went and got the part and fixed it same day. It was not working still the next day and he came back and will monitor it until the entire problem is fixed. I really appreciate the customer service! Only complaint is that he did not accept Visa, only personal checks which makes it very difficult for us since this is a business but overall, very happy with the service. We will try to use him again if we have issues.

Very professional, right on time, turned out to be a very simple fix and rather than charge more, he was extremely honest about it only charged for the service call and still did a routine cleaning blowout of the debris on the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Ken is awesome. In the world today where customer service is not at the forefront and there is a general feeling of distrust in repairing anything, Ken takes all that away. As I just moved to the Chicago area, finding people like Ken is what makes the transition easy. I have an honest appliance man and Ken now has a customer for as long as I live here.
