Excellent job. I am on the third floor with windows that are difficult to reach. Ortega really cares about his work. He is neat and thorough. My windows, screens and sliding glass doors look great now. Ortega is a very nice and trustworthy person. I greatly appreciated his follow up phone calls after we scheduled and up to his arrival. I highly recommend this business.

Ortega did an excellent job of power washing the exterior of our house. Our house looks brand new and his pricing was very economical compared to other quotes. I was a little worried that there would be excess water all over our lot, but everything stayed nice and dry. Highly recommended for any power washing need.

Good service, good business

Ortega was great: prompt. economical, efficient.

Ortega did as good a job as could be done on my stucco which is underneath the flight path into Santa Monica Airport. This deposits a black greasy film on everything. He also painted the wood trim and did an excellent job of preparation of the surface. He also undertook with his friend, a carpenter, several repairs of old termite damage. Finally, he washed the windows inside and out.

He did a very though job. It took him awhile, but he did a good job. I would have him come back to do my windows again. He is also a very nice guy who works hard. He also very neat and doesn't make a mess.
