I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. Thanks Aaron you made me feel at ease about allowing you into my home to help fix this issue.

The plumber who came out was very professional, very personable, easy to talk to, and very patient. He explained everything, and I was happy to do business with a person like that.

They didn?t finish the first day , they called and canceled on the second day or no one called on day 3. The young lady called on the 5 th day say the were headed my way. She assumed I would be home. I informed her that I told the guy that the past week was my only free time. I wasn?t available. Then she was no longer nice. Oh well, I completed the work myself.

Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Technician gave me a very good deal and even helped with another problem. Would recommend

Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new.
