They recommended a certain tile and the installation process but had to come back and replace several tiles that had either rocks under when put down or were defective. They had bubbles sticking up. It was a vinyl tile with ceramic surface. Reported to be heavy duty and looks good now after 6 months but was disappointed with the original installation.

Carpet - Install
They charged to much for the carpet. And the installation was poor. They wouldn't give any warrenty because my son is in a wheelchair and it would put more strain on the carpet than was notmal.

Ben provided excellent customer service and wonderful pricing while Mike and his crew installed our beautiful hardwood flooring. Mike went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our install. We couldn't be happier
