Spoke to a lot of Crawlspace people. Originally was just going to do a remediation. Everyone told me the same story prices were similar. My sales guy, Brad, shot me straight that it would be a waste and I really ought to encapsulate or it will be a problem again in a few years. No one else wanted to tell me the truth. Did it knowing it would delay the sale. It sure did, had to wait like 6 months to drop that kind of money. The crew and job were both great. Truth be told I figured any of the companies would do a good job at the work.. but honesty was super important to me and I wanted to do what was best, do it right the first time, and it not be an issue again. Brad made me feel comfortable trusting his company to do that scale of a project. No regrets at all. Crew was super friendly. I’d recommend these guys to anyone

I had a very good experience with kefficient Brad was excellent, he helped me through the whole permit process and explaining the project in detail, as did the other office staff Aimee Patrick and this was the only company after months and months of trying to find a company to work in my crawl space at a reasonable price I found this company which I feel was the best bang for my buck. I do have some minor gripes I felt some of the rotted floor joist with termite damage should have been removed and they weren't but most of them were removed, Brad reassured me that they were not rotted to the point of removal and only needed to be sistered. What I got for the price the work that was done was excellent overall. No other foundation repair company I researched would even remove any rotted floor joist and they charged me double than what keffcient was charging which was very very reasonable for the work that was done in my crawl space they used floor joist and main beam supports by drilling into the ground and pouring concrete into the holes to support the jacks and the main beam of the house Andres and his crew were excellent and did excellent work in the crawl space for the price I paid and the actual work that was done in my crawl space I would say hands down that Kefficient is head and shoulders above other crawl space companies charging twice what keffient charged me and the other companies no where near the level of attention to detail I just could not justify the outrages prices they charged which I felt was incomplete work and half ass work not complete. Keffcient''s work was solid and complete . In my opinion kefficient deserves five star review. I shopped around before I chose them and I am not going to name the competitors as I feel this is bad business practice. Trust me if you need work done in your crawl space at a very very reasonable price choose Keffient you will not regret it they will do the same work as the competitors and they will actually do more and better work for half the price no other crawl space company would even remove rotted floor joist from termite damage which was huge for me Keffient removed the old rotted floor joist and replaced them with new wood new floor joist and the permit process went very smooth from start to finish

From the initial quote to the completion of the project it has been smooth and a very easy process. The project manager Shane and his team led by Jeff have been responsive, pleasant and extremely helpful. The work was started on time and completed on time. Shane made sure to come round and check the progress and my satisfaction on completion. I had a couple questions after the project was done and he came back twice to talk to me and ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

I have an older, built home that had a crawl space in dire need of help. Kefficient offered a drainage solution and full encapsulation to solve my crawl space problems. This was a tough project, and they knocked it out with a great result. Communication has been great throughout the entire process. Look no further if you value honesty, communication, and quality work!
