Terrible job. Incomplete projects and charged way too much. My 5 year old grandson could have done a better job. He had no tools to do the jobs I requested. Work was shoddy.

Do not use.... work was not completed and when I contacted Mr. Ballard regarding "warranty he never returned my call. There are other things I could say but, I will keep it short and sweet.

Keith Ballard was hired to perform multiple small projects and he completed less than 15% of the requests. He charged more than double the market rate and then took $1600 in cash. After receiving the cash he stopped returning calls and will not answer his phone. I highly suggest that you don't trust this man (or his accomplice which is his girlfriend). We're are currently pursuing charges.
