"(consumer name withheld per their request) was seen on a Saturday for his original appointment. He works for Google, so we all know he as everyone else receives emails. When I dropped off the screens for the job 3 hours prior to the first day of installation, his neighbors called him to let him know, and that was the first reschedule. Then he cancelled a 2nd time because he was in California. Both times the crew was enroute to his home in Alpharetta, 45 minutes from us. Then he changed a downspout placement and added a bay window. Our agreements stipulate pay upon completion. When it was completed, we updated the invoice and emailed. No response, 3 emails later he then responds about the extra cost. It was explained your wife authorized the bay window, then crickets for 2 more days. Yes we will be aggressive in getting paid, our crews respond very rapidly, professionally and get paid the day they complete the job based on performance. I was also nice enough not to charge him a 3% credit card processing fee =$54.00. We demand excellence in our work, and run an efficient operation. Getting paid according to the terms is part of that process. If we made clicking on the link any more simpler of payment, some people would complain about that as well."

We said in your invoice that the dumpster would be picked up 2 business days after project completion, and it was picked up 3 business days after completion instead. However, I must admit I?m a little confused by your review. Our project manager emailed you with information on when the crew would arrive, spoke with you the morning of the job before anybody got on the roof, spoke with you through the process of installing your new roof, and was on site during the whole process. We spoke about the delivery of materials to ensure they were dropped off in a convenient spot for you. If you would"

"Refund was issued back to contractor on 7/20/2017. Contractor said he would notify his client and full refund has been issued back by certified check too. This is a contractor posting as a customer, that has not refunded the customers money. Cashiers Check is issued to the lady that owns the property not the contractor Angel."

"We apologize for the inconvenience the waste removal timing caused. We always do our best to provide solutions when issues present themselves as they will in business. However, the waste removal company was not under our control. We called and made sure they prioritized your pick up and did our best to deter any children from being tempted to play in the debris. As you stated in your review, when we can control it, we ensure that things are done on time. Because of this standard we hold, we have eliminating the 3rd party company that was in control of the pickup, so it will no longer be an issue. We are pleased you were happy with the quality and value of our work and hope you don't take this unfortunate experience as a representation of our company."
