He is not a person of his word. His work was shoddy and he was unwilling to make good.

I was very impressed and I appreciated Keith timelines, they were very professional they cleaned up behind themselves every day, they fixed every problem behind them that was not done satisfactory by another company. The work that was performed was not as described on the quote nor as pictured as the company's website. They have been extremely difficult to get in touch with and refuse to return calls and have yet to come back and complete the work that they were paid for 3 months ago. The places around the doors and windows that have been replaced are extremely noticeable. Keith charged extra to paint the wood trim that he replaced as he stated that "painting is not included in the quote" yet never disclosed that information at the time that he provided the quote or began the job. The plugs to cover the installation screws for the sidelight windows that were replaced were never installed. The construction crew left the screw covers hanging in bags attached to the windows. The door frame that was replaced so that the door would close properly was a waste as the door does not hang straight and has a huge crack a foot long approximately 3/4 of an inch thick where the door does not close. There are now holes in the siding that were not there before and these holes were "fixed" by filling them with caulk. I have been calling for a over a month trying to get Keith Qualls to come back out and fix the poor repairs that were done as he had already been paid. However, it seems that once he has his money that is all he cares about. He does not provide "Quality" work by any means nor does his work reflect anything that is on his website.

Very polite and very professional. Everyone came on time and the guys worked diligently to make sure my horses won't escape again!! Did even more extensive work than originally thought and price came in lower than estimate as they were able to use some of my supplies. They left the place totally clean! I am having them back for another project next week:)

My experience was very good. I felt that communicating was a little lacking (pertaining to a couple of particulars/details of the repair project), but was eventually rectified.

replaced rotten porch railings on 2 porches,. replaced boards around windows, pressure washed house and painted it. I will definitely hire them to do any other jobs that I might need.

4 star ratings for quality may be unfair to the company. I had a deck/door leak Keith Construction was fixing. I need some solid rains to test if the work was satisfactory. What I can say was they conducted themselves very professionally. They kept their promises, arrived timely, and didn't ding me with unexpected bills. I was comfortable and would likely use them again, if I have another project.
